KAT Percussion MalletKAT Grand 4-Octave Percussion Controller

I started my home studio in 1999, but I have never owned a xylophone type trigger such as the MalletKat Grand. I could not be happier. I have always liked to fool around with the xylophone when I was in college, but in the last 20yrs, have not really played one. When a friend of mine showed me the MalletKat in a magazine I was interested. After some YouTube research, I was convinced to pull the trigger. And I have been really happy with my purchase. It connected it to my MOTU 128 right through the Maschine or Komplete Kontrol, so I am able to use all the sounds I already owned. It came with a 128 sound unit, that sounds great. If you are into digital music production, this is a fun “toy” for your studio.
