Would you please contact me? I called the customer support number on this webpage, I also called the customer support number in my manual, neither one of the phone numbers worked. I put together my cabinet, went to peel the sticker off that asi “keep doors closed” and it ripped off the paper veneer.

Overall really like the quality of material used for this cabinet, was expecting to receive something rather flimsy but this was a nice surprise. Instructions were pretty awful though, they should put a note in there that to attach the piece that goes behind the toilet and connects the two legs, to put it behind the toilet first and then connect them. If you have enough space behind your toilet and the wall, it's not a big deal. I also had to cut out a 2"x2" section of that same piece that goes behind the toilet so that way it would fit over the water valve from the wall. I'd say most of the holes on the back for the cover piece, didn't line up the way they were supposed to either. Love the way it looks after it's all put together though, just think there should be more information in the steps.

This is exactly what I needed for my extra shampoos and hair products. There were many pieces to put together but everything was properly labeled. They made a little mistake on the instruction page. But all the pieces were there. It took me about and hour to put it together.Cons: Scratches easily. Some of the holes for the nails were a bit small and the wood is very cheap so be careful if you go hard.

I was able to assemble this by myself. It took a couple of hours because I took my time and followed the manual carefully. Each piece and bag of nails are marked for easy instruction and assembly. It's a sturdy piece and it's a great buy for the price. I encountered one issue but it was my fault because it would not fit over my toilet due to the bottom piece. I had to take it off and I was able to fit it that way. Removing that bottom piece made it become unsturdy. That's when we decided to nail it to the wall, but you cannot see it because we did it from the inside. Now, it's sturdy and it's a perfect fixture. We will keep it there for a very long time.

Finally got around to putting this thing together, got it all done and while moving it 20 feet into the bathroom this cheap particle board wood ripped out! NOT happy! I read all kinds of reviews of this and other shelves like it, now I wish I would’ve spent the extra money. You get what you pay for. Should’ve known.

I felt this will do the job (only once). If you have to disassemble to replace or upgrade your toilet, it will not hold up. The cabinet is shaky, should have had another brace for the bottom vertical legs. No verbal instructions, make sure you look at the pictures very closely. I had board "E" upside down, but was able to correct it. The picture has you place the brace on the vertical legs before positioning your cabinet. This is not possible if the brace is to go behind your toilet. I had to set the cabinet on top of the legs and steady it to attach the legs and the cross brace. I have used this type of furniture from another company (Sauder) and found them to be better made.

This is really beautiful and definitely gives us more space in our tiny bathroom, well room for mommy to have her makeup and such 😄. It did not fit over the toilet at first because the pipe that attaches from the wall to the toilet was in the way of the horizontal piece of wood on the bottom but I just took that piece off and moved it down so there are only two screws holding it in instead of four... still feels sturdy enough!
