Fantastic product and service! When I ordered this the first parcel went missing in the post; I contacted the seller and they immediately dispatched a replacement which arrived the next day- excellent Customer service! The thermometer is very easy to use, clear reading and colour coded to. In light of Covid 19, I ordered this as an easy way to check that my children do not have a temperature before sending them in to school. Great product and worth every penny as it’s so reliable & easy to use - my kids hated my previous ear thermometer/ standard thermometer and this is so much more accurate. Highly recommended.

I use this product loads, every week, when testing my weight, blood pressure, heart rate. I keep a record of all my readings to make sure things are ok.

It's expensive (maybe because of covid and increased demand) but I'm pleased because taking temperatures is now a doddle - you just aim the thermometer about 3-5cm away from the subject and squeeze the trigger. The temperature is displayed in a lit-up green display which faces you when you use it. The three buttons (right to left) - Mode: you can change the subject so that you can use it to check room temperature and as surface temperature as well as body temperature; Sound - the beeping sound when you use it can be toggled on and off; and Mem - it has a large memory for previous readings which are displayed when you press the button. All told - I'm happy that I've got it - sometime you just have to suck up the price for the sake of piece of mind, especially when you've pre-schoolers.

We purchased this as our son was suffering from a sore ear so last thing he needed was a thermometer being poked in there. You just sim this 5cm away from their head and it takes their temperature instantly. No hassle and can even been done when children are asleep so no need to disturb them!Great product - sturdy and compact with reliable temperature readings!

Bought this as we had our grandson staying for a few days and he appeared to have a temperature, ordered before 6pm and delivered next day.When using it did change temp quite a bit but only by .1 or .2 degrees so that’s why only 4 stars.Do read the instructions as if there is sweat on brow it does alter temp reading quite a bit.The temp reading is very clear to read.It is a good piece of equipment at a good price so I would recommend it.

Seemed a good thermometer at the start however over time the readings weren’t accurate enough. Ended up replacing with a Braun thermoscan.

Très pratique, rapide, fiable et précis semble-t-il. Beaucoup plus pratique qu'un thermomètre buccal.Affichage coloré : vert si OK, rouge au delà de 38. réponse en quelques secondes.Sur environ 150 mesures, une seule fausse : un "38" faux qui redevient 36,3 deux minutes plus tard... Ce n'est sans doute pas l'appareil mais plutôt l'effet d'une exposition préalable du sujet au soleil. Aucun incident depuis.Peut servir aussi à afficher aussi la température de surface ou la température ambiante.Comme sur tout appareil de ce type la température "médicale" est calculée par l'appareil à partir de la température mesurée de la peau du patient et de la température de la pièce où se fait la mesure. Donc faire attention aux conditions de repos avant de prendre la mesure.Un excellent appareil, à conseiller.

Produkt funktioniert und misst die Temperatur. Die angezeigten Farben sind praktisch um gleich zu erkennen, in welcher Range die Temperatur liegt. Soweit so gut. Was ich so nicht erwartet hätte, weil das auf dem Produktbild irgendwie wertiger aussieht, ist das echt billig wirkende Plastikgehäuse. Da habe ich schon Bedenken, ob das lange hält. Mal sehen ...
