I like this olive oil its very good taste and one from the best olive oil I have taste I buy more its good if you like take a shut of olive oil in empty stomach in morning or before you sleep in night

I guess it is supposed to have a bitter, peppery finish. It is all that it says it is supposed to be but frankly I prefer the Costco extra virgin both for cooking and dressing. The flavor is more buttery and less bitter.

I remember a friend, who was once an au pair in Italy, telling me how divine real Italian olive oil is. She said once you taste it, you will forever be able to identify the rancidness inherent to most domestic olive oils. Having never been to Italy, I decided to see what she was raving about and looked to purchase some quality Italian olive oil. I came across this company, and after reviewing the various product lines, I went with Entimio Pruneti, Delicate Organic Olive Oil, 2019 harvest. The price point was high, but I knew that this wouldn't be my everyday cooking oil. I enjoy dipping oils for bread, a fresh and delicious Caprese salad shining with an earthy, peppery oil, and the zhuzh that good olive oil adds to a plating of pasta. Entimio Pruneti is it people! It will be a star ingredient in your star dishes. (And after entertaining with it, it will now be a thoughtful, useful, and indulgent holiday gift for admiring family and friends!)

I don't typically write reviews but this time I had to as I am so glad to find that Pruneti is finally selling in the US. The quality of their olive oils is among the best I have ever had. If I had to compare to a wine vintage it would be a Sassicaia or a Biondi Santi Brunello. I first heard about Pruneti as I was producing a TV show about regional organic cuisine many years ago. This particular variety is named 'delicate' by the seller but in the palate is still amazingly flavorful and complements well vegetables and meats. I love putting a spoonful in a bowl of minestrone or pasta e fagioli to give it that extra kick. Could not recommend this olive oil more.

Lovely on roasted vegetables and with a cold charcuterie plate, olives, cheese etc...Exactly what I was hoping for.

Item arrived on time, beautifully packaged, and enclosed with a certificate of analysis indicating that it is indeed high in polyphenols ~500 mg/kg which is double than most EVOO. So deliciously peppery smooth and robust. Will definitely buy again. I am very happy with this purchase.

This is an exquisite olive oil with very smooth texture and a very unique and bitter aftertaste. Highly recommend to taste it byitself.
