Lowered my Cholesterol

My doctor said that only the excellent quality Krill Oil can be labeled "NKO", so I've been taking these for a few years. These have no smell at all, but I forgot I'd been taking the 500mg size, which is much smaller and easier to swallow, and I ordered these by mistake. They are HUGE... and I have a swallow problem!!The good news is that I learned a trick: Tilt your head forward (not backward) at the moment when you swallow. They somehow slide down that way. The other trick is to try turning your head to the left or right when swallowing, That also seems to prevent them from getting "stuck".

These are large and were very hard for me to swallow, had to coat them with olive-oil..........I WISHED I STAYED ON THEM.....I HAD 2 HEART ATTACKS 3/2018 at 44yrs old and now have 2 stents......now I'm researching Krill oil vs. Fish Oil, vs. perscription Omega's. Still have chest pains and maybe from the stents or vascular spasming....it's really scary. Everyone should be on as much Omega's they can force down their throats!

NKO works the best for me to help get my triglycerides and cholesterol numbers down. I don't want to take statins so I use this.

Item arrived quickly & packaged very well. I have been using Krill oil for many years now & I have tried many different brands but this one is superior to all others that I have tried. I will be using NKO for many years to come or until I find a better product which I believe will be hard to come by. No bad after taste & no more foul burps. 07/18/2016 - So I had ordered 2 bottles. I finished the first and now when I opened the second I see that all the capsules have some whitish looking residue formed inside. Though the bottle says Best Before 04/19 looks like the tablets have already gone bad. I noticed this only after I popped one capsule with water and after a while I felt wierd in my stomach. Happened twice. So then I went and checked these capsules and noticed the whitish residue. See the picture, its towards one end of the capsules. The picture is attached. So I am reducing from 3 stars to 1 star._________________________________________________________________________________________________________Past review from March 2016 - Its hard to precisely say whether this product is effective or not as I do not have any specific ailments; I use this because Krill Oil is a better source of Omega 3's ( 250mg - EPA:120mg & DHA:70mg)) and Phospholipids (460mg) & Astaxanthin - 1mg.It is better than Cod Liver Oil which I used to take earlier because of the above content. Maybe 6 months later I should be able to say if it has made any difference to my vitals. The tablet though is large in size, and does not have an overbearing fishy smell but does have a little. The best part is that there are no fishy burps after consuming the softgel. I like one tablet a day rather than consuming in smaller quantities 2 times in a day; so this 1000 mg works for me. If I do see some positive differences I will update after 6 months.

This is the best krill oil supplement I’ve ever had. I love the gel caps because they do not leak and I never taste them once I’ve taken them. I do always take them shortly after I eat.
