Thick...
I really like this stick. The solid goes on reasonably smoothly directly from the stick. However, I do notice that it is fairly sticky to spread on my 4-year old's face and he's not a huge fan of me having to press down to rub it in. I try to use the stick only which applies quite a bit and then I just smooth it a little. It sometimes leaves his skin unusually white but other times, it is absorbed well enough that I can't tell he's wearing it. I have used it in full sun several times and have never seen sun burn or even tanning. The product is excellent. I dropped the tube on the driveway once and the cap split. Ever since then, the cap falls off easily. The cap seems super thin but other than that, this is a great sunblock that I would definitely use again.

Expired.
I haven’t even had a chance to truly try this product on my child. The first set I got were expired so I got two more and they are also expired. I’m very disappointed. I am not comfortable putting expired sunscreen on my 12 month old.

Easy to use, good for travel
I much prefer a stick sunscreen to a liquid or lotion. They are easier to travel with as there is no mess or risk of leaking. This is a great small size, can keep in purse in case you're caught in the sun for longer than you want to be.

WORKS
I love this sunscreen stick! My kids are not fans of lotion sunscreens and I’m not a fan of spray sunscreens.I only like to use Zinc sunscreen.I love that I can pull this sunscreen tube out, remove the lid and rub it on my kids’ face and bodies. At this point the kids are so young they care more about the time spent on sunscreen application then they do on if their face/body is white. This sunscreen goes on quickly and smooth, it doesn’t cake. This sunscreen does a great job at blocking the sun. We’ve used this a lot and it seems like it lasts a long time. We’ve never gotten burnt while using this sunscreen.

Good for sensitive skin, not to easy to apply
Overall this sunscreen is good but not the best. It is only 30 SPF, which is the minimum recommended for kids according to the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), the higher the better. It comes in a small bar which does not slide easily on the face, ok for the forehead, not so good for the cheeks. It leaves a white cast if applied twice, but blends good if you rub it a little extra. The active ingredient is "Zinc Oxide" which is very recommended for sensitive or acne-prone skin. Meaning this is not only good for kids, but also for adults. It is indeed a broad-spectrum sunscreen since it protects against the UVA, and UVB.I think it is a little overprice for such tiny bottle.

Sunscreen stick
This sunscreen is thick and comes in a twist up tube very similar in shape and size as a glue stick. It goes on semi-opaque white and rubs on clear. It didn't irritate my sensitive skin nor my 2 year old or 6 year olds skin.I would recommend it more for children because it is smaller and I needed much more to protect my exposed skin than theirs. It doesn't spread as easily as the lotion type of sunscreen but it protects just as well in my opinion. It didn't have any strong discerning scent either.

Convenient tube, good ingredients.
I haven't had the opportunity to test this on my child because we've been sick multiple times since getting it. But I applied it to my hand to see the qualitites of it. It is very convenient in the roll up tube like lip balm. It rubs in easily and didn't leave white behind. It wasn't slimy or shiny. This would be a good size to keep in your purse or to use at a theme park for the day. I appreciate that it is natural without toxic ingredients.

Harder to spread than cream
This product is a stick sunscreen. It is small, a little larger than lipstick. It is good for travel, but it does not last long due to its size. It goes on white but becomes invisible as you rub it in. It is harder to put on than a cream sunscreen, it does spread as well and I need to slide the stick over the areas I want to be protected. I like that it is unscented. 30 SPF requires frequent re-application.Ali Julia reviewReview of Olita: Mineral SunStick for Kids
