Is the charging cable strong and will it not break from hanging if there is no place to lay it

Got these for my wife and she plugs them in and they just hang there ive had a look st them and the wire does seem strong i would highley recommend them

Are there suitable for children?

children could listen O.K but as they never stop moving , I think they would lose them. There is no tether or retaining cord to stop them falling to the floor. Better with something that goes around the neck
