Worth the price!
I have been using the pink version of this electric toothbrush for a few weeks now and the results are fantastic. The range of features it offers has genuinely improved my oral hygiene routine. I particularly love the different speed settings, which make it easy to customize the intensity based on my sensitivity levels each day. The dedicated "Clean" and "White" modes are also incredibly effective. The "Clean" mode provides a thorough, everyday brush that leaves my mouth feeling fresh, while the "White" mode has visibly brightened my smile, gently working on surface stains. The sleek pink design is an added bonus, making it stylish enough to leave on the bathroom counter. It holds a charge well and the built-in timer ensures I brush for the dentist-recommended two minutes every time. This brush is a great investment for anyone looking for a versatile and effective cleaning experience.

Latest and greatest but still a toothbrush
Alright, I admit, this one is better than my previous three electric tooth brushes. I definitely do feel like it simply scrapes more gunk off my teeth than the previous ones. I think that trumps anything else I can say about it. I think it makes this a 5 star product. But saying that, it's hard to be terribly excited about it. It's the latest and greatest, not a miracle. I did get this particular toothbrush off the recommendation of my dentist because the battery powered Oral-B electric tooth brush I was using previously wasn't doing enough for my oral health. And I feel like it has lived up to the requirements there. It does seem to be giving me back what I put into it. Battery life seems excellent. With all those positives, I have to say, it's still an electric toothbrush. I like that it is colored black instead of an ugly tooth enamel white but it is still the same basic shape as my previous rechargeables. It's definitely better, even the best, but it's still the same general product. It's hard to feel like it is an epic upgrade instead of just the latest model. It's still the same car, not a ferari. So, adjust your expectations accordingly. I definitely do like the travel case when I'm traveling. But it's sized for this brush so it's kind of big. It's slightly larger than any of my glasses cases. So it's a somewhat annoying space waster when I'm not traveling. I also am not particular sure why it is shaped the way it is. It is meant to carry the body separate from the head and has two spaces for two different heads but so far as I'm able to tell, there's no particular way to distinguish one brush head from the other. Which leaves the negatives to talk about. So far I've been obeying the instructions on how to clean it but the cleaning instructions are finicky and more work than I want to do. All of my prior electric toothbrushes had the toothbrush head snap on tight so nothing would get into the gap. The gap between head and body of this tooth brush is substantial for a product made in the last few years. There is plenty of room for things to leak inside. Additionally, the instructions for care specifically say to watch out for that and clean it in a way to compensate. That seems like bad design to me. I am not happy about that. I also recall two toothbrushes ago, which was a completely comparable product, coming with a little colored ring that would help cover the gap and allow you to mark which head was yours so two people could hygienically share one toothbrush body. So this seems like a step back in that regard. Especially since it makes a point of saying you should take it apart to clean the pieces separately each time anyway. I am having trouble imagining myself keeping up the recommended cleaning regimen over the long term. At which point, I don't know how well it will keep exceeding my previous brushes. The two buttons for controlling the functions of the tooth brush are not easy to tell apart and are not particularly intuitive. I'm mostly just hitting a button and deciding that will do. That speaks to the power of the brush, which is great. Whatever it does by default is better than what I was doing on purpose before hand but it also means I don't have any particular idea how to get the most out of the toothbrush since it is supposed to be doing more than what I am doing in terms of adjusting the functionality for different dental health tasks. It'll do but I'm pretty sure it is keeping me from being blown away by it. Finally, my biggest gripe is how the timer works. The toothbrush is set for two minutes. At the end of two minutes it simply stops. It doesn't do some kind of extra buzz or other alert. It just shuts off. Dead. The first few times I thought I had pressed one of the buttons by accident since it is very easy to do with the placement of them. But no, that's how it is programmed to work. It's a tiny motion to turn it back on. Like I said, those buttons are easy to press. But it feels obnoxious in the same way as having to interact with AI everywhere. I don't want the machine to do that work o deciding when to shut off, that's my job. In the end, I would say, if you're going to be buying a new electric tooth brush anyway, buy this one. But I don't particularly think everyone should rush to replace what they've got with this game changer. 5 stars good, not your life will fundamentally change amazing.

Should have purchased a Philips Sonicare sooner!
I completely enjoy this toothbrush! It is easy to use with very little time needed to figure out which speed or mode to use. I love how clean it makes my teeth feel with no tartar buildup behind my bottom teeth anymore. My dental hygienist even commented on how clean my teeth are! I also love how it whitens and brightens my teeth compared to the standard manual toothbrush. Included with this set is the carrying/charging case that is a bit cumbersome but perfectly protects your toothbrush. Also included is a plug-in charger along with two extra brush heads that are quite durable. You definitely get your monies worth!

Works great
I purchased this Sonicare electric toothbrush as an upgrade after my previous one finally gave out after about 5 years of use, and I’m very happy with the replacement. The pink color is really pretty and feels like a fun but sleek upgrade. One of my favorite features is the pressure sensor. I’ve brushed too hard for years with a manual toothbrush, which led to some gum recession, so this was the main reason I chose this model. It alerts you when you’re brushing too hard, which has already helped me be much more mindful and gentle while brushing. The travel case is another big plus. Being able to charge it while away from home is incredibly convenient and perfect for trips.

Great Clean, Not-So-Great Design
As a first time electric toothbrush user — this Sonicare toothbrush seems to deliver a fantastic clean. My teeth definitely feels smooth and polished after every use. After much research, I chose this over Oral B due to the slightly longer (*but not amazing) battery life, included travel case, and ease of cleaning. The settings could be more intuitive, in my opinion. Having to hold the on/off button between 3-6 seconds to enable the pressure sensor and the brush head replacement sensor needs to have more differentiation as far as getting confirmation feedback in the form of vibrations. Honestly despite being two different settings, the vibrations felt like I enabled the same thing twice. The product team should add a more differentiating audible tone or something to clearly differentiate the two features instead of making it feel more like a cryptic puzzle. Speaking of the product + design team... I'm also disappointed with the design flaw of the chrome finish. Within just 3 DAYS of using the toothbrush, the chrome started peeling off after getting wet. This is not only aesthetically displeasing but also raises concerns about the quality and durability of the materials used. For the price point, I expected a more premium finish that would stand the test of time + water exposure — especially for a product that's been in the market for this long. It's almost as if the engineers did their job, but the product/design team called it in out of laziness OR some executive decided to cut costs on a "not so important" design element. This is absolutely unacceptable for a product that is this expensive and because of the laziness of the chrome finish, I will deduct one star. Despite that minor complaint... Overall I'm satisfied with it's effectiveness of brushing teeth.

Failed in 2 months.
I purchased in April2025. 6 months later and the brush has stopped working. My previous Sonicare lasted for more than 5 years and I only got rid of it because some of the pieces were starting to look old. This is a big disappointment. I contacted customer care and the faulty handle was replaced relatively quick and easily. I'm impressed, will update if the replacement fails.

Teeth Game Max Level
Let me tell you, after one week of use, I'm very impressed with this toothbrush. My teeth are definitely more white than before and every time I brush it feels like my teeth have been cleaned by a dentist. I do interchange this with an Oral B Deep Clean Electric Toothbrush as well. In my opinion they each offer their own beneficial clean. The Phillips has an aggressive vibrating cycle that I feel breaks up plaque between the teeth well. The Oral B is more of an oscillation that cleans around the gums better. They're simple to use since each session is automatically timed and shuts off after 3 minutes. My deep clean sessions consist of a really good deep floss, twice over with the Phillips, twice over with the Oral B, and then a long listerine rinse. I don't suggest this if you have a sensitive mouth.
