Blast from the past!!!
I remember owning one of these first editions back in the 90's as a child. Very popular toy back in the day. Could not resist when I saw it here. Had to buy. Super item and very Nostalgic!! 😊

Nostalgia!
I grew up with these and they're still so fun now! These gen 1 re releases are brilliant and identical to the OGs. Had mine for a few days so far and enjoying the nostalgia and fun! Only thing to fault is mine came with a tiny scratch on the logo, other than that, I love it. I'm hoping they do re releases of all the Tamagotchi connections as they were the best imo.

Where to begin? I remember these vpets from what seems an age ago and some kids these days don't understand that Tamagotchi was the thing to have. Much like a real pet except it's on a screen and as soon as you set the time, you wait in anticipation of it hatching. It hatches and you're suddenly thrown into what seems like a maelstrom of feeding and playing with the odd break thrown in. Then it evolves. In its child stage, it's a little easier to maintain as the rate of care slows a little but much like a real child, it can bleep for no reason and you have to tell it off, or not depending on how you want to care for it. Different ways of caring properly and 'care mistakes' can mold your Tamagotchi friend into a different shape each time you raise one.Yes these things can die but you can always start over and get a different egg to hatch and raise another Tamagotchi. I remember when my first one started to die and I panicked and broke my heart crying. It lasted 25 days so I was happy it lasted that long.

As annoying/cool as they were in the 90s
God I forgot how annoying these were!! But if you want the nostalgia, they are nearly exactly like the ones from the 90s. Got it for my 9yr old, he loves it like I did and I hate it like my mum did! Worth 15 quid maybe not more for the 'limited editions'.

Works perfectly! But you will get bored.
My partner and I decided we NEEDED tamagochis... So we got them! A day or two later, we lost interest.The end.
