Cheap JUNK that requires substantial assembly
We ordered two of these and both had chipped and broken crystals that were clearly damaged at the factory and shipped regardless. No quality control here. The crystals were cradled in bubble wrap, boxes and inches of styrofoam so thick that the damage could not have been caused during shipping. This is cheap JUNK from China. Also, this fixture requires substantial assembly by the user. Each ball crystal is supposed to have a pin (some were missing pins) that are straight, a little over an inch long. You are to stick the pin through the chrome fixture and bend it to secure it. There is substantial potential that the crystals will not hang the same if the pins are not bent properly by you. Also, the crystals were drilled poorly such that there are chips around the drill bit entry and exit and the hole that accommodates the pin is white, not clear, making the crystal less than clear. Cheap JUNK! Avoid these lights.
