So I'm going to give an honest review of this product, only because after reading lots, I was very unsure. So the item was delivered today, I ordered an XL (I'm a size 10) but you should Definatley measure around your waist at belly button height. I measured & I went for a size down from what it recommended, simply because I want it to be tight, but also a lot of mixed reviews on sizes from customers with the same dress size.It arrived with tags on to show how to wash it, and when I took it out the packaging I though 'oh no, it's tiny' however it's on, it's super stretchy and is very comfortable to wear. I've been shopping with it on today. It's not too tight and it doesn't dig in. The trainer itself does not have hard bones in it, that's why I find it comfortable. I've had a latex one (not from this seller) that was too uncomfortable to wear 8+ hours and didn't fit properly round my hips, and if never dream of going out in it.I can't comment on loosing inches at the minute as it's day 1. I've given it a 5 because I'm impressed with delivery, size, material and how comfortable it is, however everyone is different.

So the size fits me, but my torso is too long and it doesn't cover my whole stomach. I'm 6' and an XXXLBUT I've been wearing it mainly over my waist and lower tummy and within 5 days I've noticed a difference with my posture and my curves are way more evident. I'd buy a longer one next time, but this is something I'm glad I've bought :)

It’s good for waist training but can be uncomfortable if worn for a long time. I got a size L , it was a bit loose so maybe size down. It did ride up a bit which caused pain. It’s quite short so it you have a longer torso this may not be great for you

Mainly bought this to help with my posture as I work in an office all day and have a tendency to slouch. Saw that these supposedly help so I thought I'd get one. So far so good, comfortable to wear and I'm wearing it under a tight vest top and you can't tell I'm wearing it. Also sucked my tummy in a lot so I guess it's good for that too! Good product for the price and does exactly what I bought it for :)

I've only just had chance to write a review for this as I've only just tried it on.. I've been in hospital.Anyways this is an alright product but it just isn't long enough for the bigger womenI struggle to do loads of exercise due to health conditions so I'm restricted in what I can do, I was really hoping this would at least help a tint fraction to what I wanted it to but it just dont.After 4 children I have a stomach at overhangs a bit and where this is so short it's just pointless

I am an 8-10 and bought the medium and wear it on the tightest holes and it fits me perfectly! It's great, it gives me better posture and is so light you hardly feel you are wearing it. Will buy in another colour for when I wear lighter shades of clothes. I would highly recommend this product as it also give me a much better figure, more shape and definition to my waistline.

back in like the 1600s when posh women had servants who would put their corsets on, this thing would work.. because frankly if you have any form of boobage its hard to see past it to do up tiny stupid little hooks that dont want to come together.. cos lets face it you wanted this because there is more of you in this area than you wish and you wanted a nice figure..Dont get me wrong, i had considered it but like everything until you try it....... and of course using a mirrror, your hands are in the way of seeing the hooks.I also found like most stretch things that say it starts as 25cm tall, sure, unstretched, but stretched its now like 20 maybe less.. as a result then it tends to well fold in on itself eg the edges roll in...i wouldnt say I have a long body, but theres no way this thing covers half as much as shown in the picture, it covers on me, basically lower rib to maybe top of hip.Fortunately I also bought SEXYWG® Women's Waist Cincher Trainer Body Girdle Corset Gym Workout Sport Shaper which isnt the most perfect thing either, it is so easy to put on and pull tight, and adjust and while nearly twice the price... i could get it on, its pulling in the area I need it to, and its quite comfortable...

This waist trainer is really good! I can wear it all day without feeling like I'm wearing something. If I can give it more than 5 star I would.
