Proferrin Clear 30ct | US Made heme Iron for high Absorption, Easy on GI Tract | Natural, NSF Certified, dye Free

Proferrin Clear is my preferred iron supplement—it's easy on the stomach and absorbs well. I've been using it consistently for energy and iron support, and it's noticeably more comfortable than other options. US-made and NSF-certified, it's a supplement I trust fully.

Had really bad periods and cramps. Insufferable really. I was recommended this product by a friend and ive immediately seen results. You have to take it a week before your periods to build up the iron before your body does the dump and it doesnt stop it from being heavy but the cramps arent unbearable anymore. You have to take no dairy 1 hr before or after. And you have to take it with a source vitamin c preferably to get absorbed better. There are caveats but its helped me a ton

I’ve tried multiple iron supplements over the years and almost all of them caused GI issues like nausea, cramping, or constipation. Proferrin Clear has been a completely different experience. Because it’s heme iron, the absorption is noticeably better. I didn’t have to take it with vitamin C or worry about timing it around meals, and I’ve had zero stomach upset so far. No constipation, no nausea, and no metallic taste.

Relatively expensive, but the only iron supplement i could tolerate: all the others caused MASSIVE GI upset, nausea, bloating and pain .... and even better, this supplement really works for me, bringing my ferritin from 36 ng/ml to 56 ng/ml in just a few weeks, taking 2-3 capsules per day, usually with food ... heme-based [animal-derived] iron is said to be several times more absorbable than non-heme-based iron, and is also said to absorb even better when Vitamin C is taken at the same time ... i'll continue to take this with a goal of ~100 ng/ml

After trying 4 other irons, I wanna say this one is absolutely worth every penny. The first couple days of reversing out symptoms were rough, my ferritin was decently low and had been for a longggg time. But after that stopped, I started feeling overall better in general, and have seen a great improvement in my labs! I will absolutely spend the money on this iron again and again for the results.

Have been taking these for a week and I feel great can already tell the difference I highly recommend I have tried several Iron pills these are the only ones that have worked me they are easy to swallow and easy on the stomach you can take with or without food and not get sick only negative thing I can say is price is a little high for the quantity you get especially taking them 2 to 3 times a day

I'm feeling stronger after a week. My ferritin levels were pretty low for no apparent reason. Seeing a hematologist next month. In the meantime I'm taking this iron supplement. No stomach pains or constipation. So far, feeling pretty strong and much better!!

Doubled my ferritin in 4 week more than I was able to do in 6 months with ferrous iron. I had sever deficiency and am now feeling a lot better. I also think I’m absorbing other nutrients better since this has zero impact on gut compared to ferrous iron. I’m tracking with monthly tested to know this.
