This is a 8 month supply, so very good value for money. In terms of results, it would be more objective to review the results or effects in about a month.

Great company and really good supplement. Very important to have high amount of selenium to fight the metals in our body. This is my go to company for a few of my supplements. I use Black Maca Complex, MCT oil, Vitamin D3, K2, collegen powder and Magnesium. I have also started using more supplements all from this wonderful company. The few times I have asked for help or advise it's been first rate.

Cannot fault these easy to swallow little gems. I have underactive thyroid andI find these little Gems a perfect solution. I would recommend them to everyone, not just for thyroid.They lift your mood and just make you feel good. I’m in my nineties an only wish I had known ofthese long ago As the saying goes ‘Better Late Than Never’!!

Got these because my genetics suggest I struggle with me selenium levels. I feel slightly better its hard to tell when you already have a large supplement plan. Good value and UK made.

I take selenium regularly because of my age 79, and health concerns, I do not see results as such, but my regular blood test suggests it helps keep me in health.

Quick delivery. Tablets are easy to swallow and have no taste. Have only just started to take them so cannot comment on their effectiveness but happy so far with them.

Hab mir das bestellt leider steht auf dernpsckung ganz klein dass man diese Kapseln als Raucher nicht nehmen darf hätte mir gewünscht dass vorher zu wissen 👎🏼
