This the 2nd time I have bought these replacement pads for my Bose QC35 headphones. They look great and feel just as comfortable as the originals. You get what you pay for and yes they are a good replacement. Fit's well and easy to install. My niggle is they don't feel as well as the original ear pads. After about an hour of using them I am glad to take them off, I could wear the originals for hours
