My mom has bladder problems where she can’t stop peeing including overnight as well and not only that but also she lacks in b vitamins, showed her the video by Dr berg about what is causing one to pee so I got this vitamin for her like a month ago or 2 and since than her peeing is now under control by this vitamin and my mom thanked me so much for this vitamin a lot so I will come back here soon to order another one just for her. This product changed my life! I'm not prone to exaggeration and don't leave that many reviews but a product this good is worth taking the time to endorse. I've been using it for a few months. Within a couple days of starting the B-1, I was feeling much better. I have not experienced any depression since I started taking it after battling depression my entire life. I've found that methlyfolate also helps (I've been taking that for a few years) but the B-1 has had a greater effect. The capsules are odorless, tasteless, and easy to swallow.

It gives energy!

I use this product to prevent mosquito bites. It works! For reasons I am not sure of, the pesky blood-suckers don't even land on my body when it's in my system. They seem to know the vitamin is present in my blood. I ran out of B1 before I went to Texas for a week and came home with 4 bites on my feet and ankles. I take it year-round for the metabolism support, but rely on it for the summer (mosquito) months.
