Very happy with these scales, and much better than the previous set I ordered - rule of thumb: ALWAYS check the size of the item before ordering!Anyway, these scales are just perfect for my baking needs - a decent sized weighing bowl and the dial, both in pounds and ounces (which I prefer) and grams and kilos, is easy to read. I love the deep, vibrant colour and cute, rounded design - when not in use with the bowl resting upside down on the scales, it looks like a little purple robot. But hey, that's just me. All in all, a very good buy.

My daughter loves these scales. Purple is her favourite colour. She is always using them.

Liked the whole look of these scales .and what a lovely selection of colours to match any kitchen.

Bad design all round, ridiculous wide bowl at almost 10 inch diameter, with contents spilling when trying totransfer due to the stupidly wide bowl. Not clear to read either, found myself constantly having to look out my old scales to understand the measurements where the grams were better laid out.Also the purple colour is what attracted me, and the steel bowl, however it is not bright purple as in images, it's actually drab plum, so i'm already looking for replacement.

I found the twiddly nob that you move the needle with, a bit too stiff and in a difficult position to get to. It took me about 5 minutes to sort out! It looks good and the colour (purple) is lovely. It feels quite sturdy. I went for this type as I was fed up of the screens on digital scales going. HOWEVER - the accuracy of this is quite difficult to get if you want say 175g.
