Yes. Use a screwdriver. Just the same way as every other box fan in the world.

What is the CFM for this fan?

Don't know cfm's but it has a much higher rate at each setting than my other similar box fans.

Where is the carry handle mentioned in the description?

It is located on the back of the fan, right behind the rotary fan speed adjustment knob. You can get your four fingers inside the handle and with your thumb on top, it is easy to pick the fan up and carry it. It's well engineered and works great.
