Q: What kind of consistency is this? If it's a lot of jelly my cat has a tendency to just eat the jelly but not the meat

I believe it is 71% pure meat. There is no jelly in this at all. It is very good for cats due to the high meat content. I add a teaspoon of water when I feed to my cats and mash with a fork because it is so meaty and they eat it with relish.

Q: Does this contain taurine?

Yes, it contains 1500mg of taurine per kg, it says so in the ingredients list under 'Minerals' on the back label. Hope this helps.

Yes you can freeze this cat food. We freeze into portion sizes and just defrost as needed.

I think it is. Some of them have carrots or squash included, but other meats are always listed too. My cat loves the horse meat with squash and it’s hypoallergenic.
