Mozzarella Cheese 2.3kg Vegetarian, Cows Milk Cheese. Great For Pizza from GREAT BRITISH TRADING LIMITED

Another Amazon product I order a lot. I chop it in smaller chunks and keep it in the freezer. I like everything about it: taste, size, texture, quality and good value for money as in supermarkets is quite expensive.

Good cheese, did a test with all types of low moisture mozzarella from Asda, the grated stuff, the slices, even different types of string cheese and none of them came close to this. Also, Asda and I think quite a few other food shops don’t even sell the low moisture stuff in blocks, as far as I know only Sainsbury’s Tesco and Waitrose do, but I could be wrong. Anyways this cheese is grate ;) and I’ve put a photo on for the scale of the cheese next to normal cheese and a couple of eggs

I received this very quickly. I bought this because it was on offer and no wonder because I received this yesterday the 11th February and it’s Best Before date is 5th April that’s not good enough to sell a customer a huge block of this mozzarella cheese with such a short best before date, I’m not happy about this. So that’s why I have taken a star away. But otherwise the cheese is lovely a On my homemade pizzas, pasta dishes etc it melts well. I will cut this up and freeze it for the next time I need it and just defrost it.

Perfect for pasta, pizza, cheesy nachos etc. easy to portion out and seal up for freezing. Nice creamy and mild flavour.

I needed some mozzarella and Ocado failed to provide any in my previous order so I took a chance on this one. I'm nuts about it--it's perfect firm mozzarella. I wish it was organic though. I also wish it was shipped in something more environmentally friendly than styrofoam--that doesn't endear at all. Update: I've been buying this once a month since May. It's definitely the best pizza cheese you'll find. They stopped shipping it in styrofoam but still ship it in lots of arguably unnecessary plastic. Still wish it was organic. You won't easily find better quality firm mozzarella than this.

I have tried many different mozzarellas and find this to be one of the best. I love to make pizza but find it difficult to find mozzarella with nice and low moisture content until I found this.

Bought this as it's the only truly low moisture mozz I can find. Obviously theres a lot, but I cut it into 4 blocks of ~450 g and froze them. Each block does about 4-5 Pizzas. Melts pefectly, not greasy or soggy, tastes great, 100% recommend.
