It has a hook for the backpack hang on! The desk top inclines to work as a drawing easel. This desk has a pull out drawer, for storage of pencils, pens, or paper. Have a computer, no problem, there is a computer stand as well. While I purchased this for my granddaughter, being a retired teacher this desk is classroom quality and can easily be used through middle school. The practicality, sturdiness, and ease to change the heights of the chair and desk is simple. Originally thought the price was a little high, but after seeing this desk put together, and the options it has, it is well worth the cost. I would recommend this desk without hesitation!

Unfortunately, due to the COVID -19 pandemic we have to home school and it was hard to find a desk because a lot of family are facing the same issue. But we luck up and found this desk that came within a week. The only issue we had was the assembly. It was hard, the direction were confusing and took us about 2 hours to put together. We needed muscle strength with the screws, sometimes it wasnt able to go through the whole because the washer inside the legs kept moving off track. Other than that, the desk is perfect for our needs. My nephew is 9 and weight about 90 lbs, he loves the desk. I like that it will grow with him, but it is a little kiddy so I'm not sure if he would want the desk when he gets to high school.

This desk is sturdy and as described, can accommodate the weight of an adult. Out of the box, I realised that one of the sliders of the drawer was not functioning because the bearings had fallen out. It was not worth it to return and eventually had to take it to a hardware store to have it fixed. The slide out drawers jams on the arm below the desk that locks the desk top in the open position. This is not a serious issue but is a bit annoying for an otherwise well built desk. I do not feel as excited now with these issues as I was when I first read about it. I am giving it three stars as a result.Follow up: I heard from the seller immediately after posting this review and they offered to pay for the cost of the repairs together with an apology. Fortunately, the repair to the slider did not cost me anything and the desk is now fully functional after reassembly. This is great after sales support and am therefore changing my initial 3 stars to 5. It is a great product afterall.

We bought three of these for this upcoming school year. After scoffing at the price, we looked at our other options and discovered that, value for money, these desks are fairly priced. When the desks came, they were fairly easy to assemble. The instructions take a little bit of imagination, though. They're made of a fairly thick, durable plastic and metal. I think my husband could easily sit on the chairs, but why risk it? The great thing about these desks is the adjustable height on desk and chairs. I do wish the angle of the desk was easier to change; you have to lift the top all the way up and let it go back down before you can lift it to the angle you want. You can't just move it back and forth between angles you want without being intentional about it, and I'm certainly not going to let my kids do it, as it's on the heavier side, and I can also imagine fingers getting pinched. Overall, this seems to be a great product, and we're well satisfied with our purchase.

I have bought two versions of this desk and chair set. Both the same chair style but the desk are different and while I do wish the drawer has more space in this version the hinge on the inside is best for my son. The desk is easy to put together and seems to be very sturdy. My son is and almost 5ft tall and the desk on the second setting was perfect for him and I left the chair on the first setting.Pros:- easy to assemble- sturdy desk and chair- true to color- hinge control to keel desk propped up (kids can not easily close it)Cons:- not Very clear instructions as it relates to which screws to use (while I had no issue this could be a problem for someone else)- not a lot of desk space (this is more of a manufacture issue that could have been easily fixed as it’s not the same with other versions of this desk)

When the school year started with us doing remote learning, we knew we would need a workspace for our kindergartner so he could focus on his projects for school (something besides the dining room table). This table is perfect. It has a spot for his school issued iPad, the chair and the desk are incredibly sturdy and well built, AND he loves that there is a drawer under the desk for him to store all his supplies. He takes his school work more seriously with his own dedicated workspace. My son is 5 and the chair and the desk are on the lowest height setting, so we know we will get plenty of use out of this as he grows.

I purchased two of these desks for my preschooler & Kindergartner to do distance learning and they have been absolutely wonderful! They're compact and hold supplies pretty well. The drawer is a little oddly shaped, but it works. The chair was a little shaky, but after tightening it, we finally got it to stop falling to a lower position. Not sure if it'll grow with them well into their teens as advertised. I guess it depends on the size of the individual, but I'm 5'3 and weigh about 145lbs and can sit on it too. Only time will tell how durable they are, but so far, so good! I definitely recommend this as an affordable homeschool or distance learning setup.

We haven't used it much yet, but we may have to get another another as little sibling is jellous of the desk and chair. We easily got the height adjusted to our 2nd grader. The desk assembly directions were not great, but the product is strait forward. The second grader is able to adjust table angle easily. We had been using a small picnic style table with a rough surface for writing or the floor so this is a big upgrade for us. It arrived much quicker than I expected.
