Product has great options for lighting. The face mask is heavy and bulky.
I ordered full face mask which includes extension to neck. A lot of great light options. Only negative feedback is that it is very heavy and bulky. Sitting up with face mask is difficult and laying down 30 min ended up being too long with the weight on my face. I ended up holding it to my face with my hand sitting up.

Positions matter
Lots of great options choose from and it works well. It is just really heavy around the eyes near the bridge of the nose. We definitely had to figure out a way to wear it. We don’t use the strap and just use it before bed laying down. The design really protects your eyes from the light but sitting up and strapped in right was a no go for us.

So far it’s been great...except....charger stopped working
So far it has been great. Had to make a few modifications for confort though. I do not use the strap, didn’t even notice it had one. Also was a bit doubtful regarding the current but decided to give it a go, tried the lowest setting and didn’t felt nothing, I believe it’s 30. Then upped it tom60 and I did notice a difference. Some useful tips:I use a travel neck pillow to prop up my head so the neck portion will “treat” my chin as well as my neck. I also place it on my collarbone to keep it in place and doesn’t rest only on my face. It is heavy and if you put all the weight on your face with the knobs it is uncomfortable.The current part was not noticeable for me on the Lowe’s setting, not sure if it was working, when I increased it I noticed that it could be uncomfortable if the knobs were not in contact with the skin. Then I would “feel” the current and it was a bit painful, specially since I put creams and serums before using it. I just pressed on it, so the know would be in contact with the skin and it would stop. It works that the sides of the mask can be adjusted manually.I have only used it for a 1.5 month and so far it has worked perfectly. Hopefully it would last me longer.I would give it a higher rating if the instructions were clearer and it was not so heavy.Update: so yesterday the mask would not work. Tried with different charges to find out what wasn’t working and realized it was the charger itself. The mask would turn on but still not work as i did not had one that was exactly the same 24v and 2amp. Will contact seller to see if they can send a new charger. Will update my rating according to their response

You cannot contact the manufacture in possible
Been using it for few weeks love the product unfortunately you cannot contact the manufacturer it has no email no phone number if you need to contact them is impossible I ordered two on accident and to ship it back to China was about $200. The only down part to it.

It really works!
This mask is incredible! Be careful on how long you leave it on your face, because... it really works!! Read the instructions and respect the time for each color light. I recommend this product.

It’s ok
I find this to be uncomfortable on the nose. Does not have lights for upper lip which I wish I realized before. I’ve been told that the lights should be very close to the skin and touching is even better this does not especially the neck attachment which I take off and hold it to my neck. I mostly use the face and neck laying down it’s to heavy sitting up with face and neck.
