If you need a pad like this - get these. They are hands downs the best I've tried and I've tried them all. Very impressed! I don't even have to worry anymore about leaks. I wear one of these to bed with a snug pair of bicycle shorts to keep it in place. Yes it's bulky but it's not uncomfortable in my opinion. Highly recommend.

These are crazy long which makes them great for overnight! These cover pretty much all areas there could be leakage!

I bought this while traveling in Asia and loved how long and soft it was. So glad I was able to find it online. It's super comfortable and great while sleeping.It never leaks due to the extra lining inside the pad. MUCH better than typical American pads. It feels very clean too.
