Deflecto Semi Rigid Aluminum Duct with Attached Connectors, Silver, 4" x 24" (MAC36024/6)

I have 2 and I'm fixing to buy 2 more for my grow tents. The bottom 1 - intake - has a 90 deg up bend followed by a 90 deg horizontal bend. Extend the tube past where you need it to terminate or start a new bend. As you lift up on the free end - give yourself plenty of extra length, you'll need it - slowly pleat the inside of the bend back to it's starting point. It's not complicated if you go slow. Not snail slow, but "I'm being careful" slow. The top fan needs a 90 deg bend down to stop any light from entering. That was super easy after doing the first one. Last tip: Yes, it's "fragile", but if you haven't capped the end with a filter, like I did on the first one, you can reach in and smooth out any creases before they cause a problem. Luckily, the little crease on the first one doesn't bother me - am I'm anal retentive. Sound too complicated for you? Grow a pair.

Instead of elbow+straight duct out the side in LG dryer conversion kit, which required tearing the dryer apart & removing the drum because the ribs on their elbow piece wouldn’t fit thru the 4.5” dia back and side vent holes, this flexible hose w/swivel connectors fit through the holes! No demolition- just used 2 hands through the back & side holes to install this flexible hose with foil tape. Had to be careful not to crush the flexible hose, or poke through the foil, but it worked well.

They work well. It's a little hard to tighten them onto the vents compared to the vinyl dryer hoses I have used, but the aluminum is safer and recommended,

I bought this because I keep my dryer closer to the wall in the laundry room and other ones way too long causing bends. Well-made and durable and went on easily for the vent going outside but a tight fit for the dryer so I used my own clamps. It does not come with clamps! 👍🏼 I recommend this

This is a very sturdy aluminum duct that is much better than the common flimsy aluminum ducts that you would typically use to connect your dryer. It was easy to install over my dryer opening as well as to the existing duct in the wall. I have a relatively straight connections from dryer to wall outlet but the duct is strong but bendable if you need it to go through a more challenging connection.

Nice concept, terrible design and execution. It tore apart as I attempted to stretch it according to its design and use. I bought a second one but plan on returning it and going with something else.

This did a good enough job, but it bent a bit during install - it didn't break, and it should work well enough until I need to clean out my duct pipe again, but it seems like they could improve the strength a bit without making it much more expensive. But, I am happy to be rid of the Dryer Dragon, and this was a cheap way to do that.

I wanted something stronger and shorter than the normal 4” tubing used from the dryer to the wall inlet. This just might do the job.

I purchased the add on drawer unit for my dryer. When I lifted it onto the stand it substantially shortened the length of the dryer vent pipe needed to complete the installation. This unit did the job in a flash. Flexible length and easily curved to perfectly fit the installation with no cutting or odd ball connectors. I used a little duct tape but honestly didn't really need it. Great product for the DIY handyman.
