It was very effective and worked immediately after i used it.

This product works well. The only reason for giving it 4 stars is because I am not sure if it is because my system is backed up or what, but I personally have to take at least 3 of these in order for it to be effective. I love that like unlike other colon cleanses that I’ve tried, this does not give me those awful cramps. It really just flushes you out and helps to give that relief. I’ve felt lighter and surely lost weight as a result of the cleanse.

Good product

I will start by saying that I love this brand and take a lot of their supplements such as DHEA, Collagen, White Kidney Bean, and currently started taking their Probiotic+Prebiotic. I have had no problems with any of them in regards to bad side-effects and they have proven to work! So when I found this colon cleanser, I was ecstatic to try it. I used Dr. Tobias (I think that's the name) which worked for sure. But I was interested in seeing what else was out there. Found this and compared it to two other brands, including the one I had been using. This product had so much more! Unlike the others, this one also contained ginger root. I welcome anything with ginger due to chronic inflammation.When I received this product, like all other cleansers, I start with 1 capsule to play it safe. Nothing happened. I drank a full bottle of water, braced for any cramps. Nothing. I took another capsule 6 hours later. The next morning, still nothing. Took 2 capsules and it's now been 4-5 hours and am not feeling anything--no movements which I usually feel with the other cleanser--my intestines usually begin to gurgle and I feel mild cramps. I had such high hopes for this product. I am relieved that it is returnable. Will go back to my old cleanser.

I am HOOKED on Nature’s Craft products this is my second bottle from them and I will be a repeat customer for life. Originally started with the Saw Palmetto and had amazing results with that and seen they also carried the Colon Cleanse and insantly knew I needed to try them since I was also having trouble in that area. Followed the directions on the bottle of one to two pills taken at bedtime with 8oz of water and have zero complaints I didn’t have any weird reactions or cramping and it made going to the restroom a very easy experience and cleaned me out big time. I will be back once my bottle gets low. Thank you for fixing my issues for a very affordable price and for a product that does what it says.
