Do not be fooled thinking this is a true guide for begninners. It is missing the most important things that are crucial to the success of a restaurant.As a restaurant consultant myself I deal with clients wanting to open their own restaurant. I know all the ins and outs and always look to improve my knowledge.This booklet however did not. Each of the 32 pages in this booklet could be fit onto 10 pages as there are more white empty spots on the pages than actual print.It does however give you a basic idea of what to think about when you are considering opening a restaurant/bar and this booklet hits on most the points.But the question is, do you just want to open a restaurant, or do you want to open a SUCCESSFUL restaurant?
