Mr. Fixit's Whacky Toolbox Lift-the Flap Book (Richard Scarry's Lift the Flaps Books)

My 2.5 yo loved the book but all of the adults agreed that it is terrible story line. "Mr. Fixit" doesn't actually fix anything. He destroys the house and then leaves. I'm sure it is meant to be funny but I wish there was a positive message about being a good helper and cleaning up your mess.

This is a super silly book for pre-schoolers. If you want a morality store look somewhere else. Enjoy the silliness from the talking toolbox. My grandkids love this book.

So funny for kids and parents. Of course it has a silly ending. The ending opens up a discussion with the child if Mr. Fixit did a good job or not. And to see what they think how Mother Cat will react.
