Not good for hot yoga
Reckon it would've been fine for normal yoga, but I attend hot yoga and the sweat is too much - the fabric becomes very slippery as it absorbs, making it difficult to hold the correct poses (especially downward facing dog). Other than this, it's fine - long/wide enough to cover a yoga mat, soft, the underside is grippy.

Great mats for the price (2 pack). Arrived, washed and tumble dried Friday. Used in 2hr yoga session today, Saturday, with no slipping. Thin but perfectly functional on a budget. Yes, I would recommend. A little heavy but that's the non-slip beads. Real quick drying too.
