Heavy duty dryer hose
I needed a replacement hose and this was it! It was more rugged than the original one that came on my dog grooming, force dryer. I’m sure it will hold together much better than the original one did

works very good, i lost my orignal, and bought thit 2 replace my metro air force dog blower/dryer. this is a really good product, it is very flexible and is a nice length

What did annoy us was the high pitched whistling when you removed ...
I have been using Metro Air Force dryers for over 23 years in the pet grooming business. Needless to say they are indispensable. I recently purchased a knock off cheaper replacement hose from some obscure site for only 9.99. It was a bit shorter than the hose that comes with the dryers but we had no problem with that. What did annoy us was the high pitched whistling when you removed the concentrator. After only a few minutes your ears would loose the ability to hear high frequencies! So I was forced to buy from Metro the actual replacement hose or go deaf. My employees and I were dismayed to find that Metro's replacement hoses do the same thing. I even put back on the worn old hose and didn't have the problem. We now have to put on hearing protection when drying with our Commander dryers . Really slows things up. I'm guessing Metro is now outsourcing their hose manufacturing and groomers are forced to use an inferior product. Order hearing protection with your hose order folks....or keep the cotton around if you want to save your hearing. But then again there is no warning on the hose so maybe a "class action" in a few years?! I see the TV commercial now ...."Did you or anyone in your family use the Metro Air Force Heavy Duty Flexible Hose and experience hearing loss? Contact the law offices of ......"

Not as good as original.
This hose works, but isn't as nice as the original hose. It is thinner vinyl and tends to bend which then blows the hose off the dryer.The extra foot of length is nice, however.
