Great Mixer
What a great mixer I use for my swimming because it’s stainless steel because it won’t leave metals in my pool because the chemicals won’t eat the metal away

Does what's expected.
This thing works great. I bought it to mix Buffalo Wing sauce in 5 gallon batches and it works awesome to keep ingredients from settling and burning and circulates the pot top and bottom. As the viscosity goes up it circulates a little less effectively, but still works great. Construction quality is good and its easy to clean. Showed up on time and per the product description.

Great mixer design
Stainless Steel. A Perfect blade for for mixing medium viscosity solutions. I use it in the lab when mixing in 3 - 5 gal vessels. Very little vibration as it is made very well. The design is great to disperse powders or other dry ingredients into a solution

Doesn't shred plastic buckets
I bought this to replace an older and more common style that scrapes bits of plastic off the insides of my 5 gallon buckets. I was not very worried about the buckets themselves, but rather the contamination of whatever I was mixing with hundreds of plastic bits. This mixer doesn't do that at all.

shaft could be about 4" longer
I use this for mixing glazes in 5 gallons buckets and 2 gallon buckets. The shaft is shorter than the old propellor blade model of mixer and it is hard on the old back to bend over at that angle. Other than that, it works beautifully, doesn't splash nearly as much and is easier to clean.

Excellent food-grade mixer
Excellent quality and sturdy design, mixes very well. Jiffy's website notes that all of their equipment is food-grade, which made it the best choice for mixing butter for my business.

It’s stainless and made in the USA.
I bought one that said stainless and when I received it it wasn’t stainless and looked like it was dipped in zinc. It was also cheaper but this one is stainless and it’s made in the USA.
