Excellent Flavour.
This is quite an expensive product, but the flavour is truly delicious. Big chunks of tasty rhubarb throughout, and the ginger is noticeably there too, which is great.My only real gripe is that overall, it has a rather watery consistency. To some extent, I’ve compensated for this by always storing it in the fridge, which keeps it a little firmer. I’d still recommend it though.

If you like rhubarb and ginger you will like this jam, very tasty. It does contain bits of ginger, which I love, but am aware some people like the taste and not the pieces. Overall I found this a great product.
