GMT Inc Club Car DS Full Golf Cart Dash in Black with Dark Burled Wood Doors (FITS 1981 and UP DS Models ONLY)

This is a decent dashboard cover. Fairly thin plastic but all of them that I've seen are. Took the company to tries to send me the right color so that was a bit of a two-week hold off. Otherwise just be very careful where you drill the required mounting holes. They're in a fixed location on the dash cover but on my cart one of the holes lined up to solid pieces of metal supporting the dash not just the thin metal frame. Also it is easy to miss drilling into the correct part of the golf carts thin dash frame.

This is an excellent addition to a '91 Club Car DS renovation. It's fairly easy to install. About the only issues with it is that the plastic is a little thin and cheap feeling (don't know how long it's going to last in the long run), and the center cupholders can make it really difficult to install switches in the dash less you have tiny baby hands. Also, I was thankful to come across the model/color combo. I think the carbon fiber, chrome, "stainless", etc. ones look tacky, and this was the closest thing to an all black one. Despite the difficulty installing switches and thinness of the plastic, I still rounded this up to 5 stars.

Really happy with this. I was worried at first because it is pretty thin, but the plastic, while stiff, is not brittle. I had to cut and drill some holes in it for switches and accessories and it was not so easy to cut through. ….or really, it was harder than it looked. It's almost rugged and seems to be plenty strong for normal use.
