I live in NW Montana and it took four days from the ship date to arrive so I was very concerned about the condition the frozen tuna would be in once I received it. One of the days was a Sunday a no deliver day however the frozen tuna steaks were well packed in insulation with dry ice packs so most all of the steaks were still frozen with just a couple of steaks a little soft but mostly frozen and well to keep. The reason there are only four stars is I was hoping the steaks would be a little thicker but I have already enjoyed them making hot spicy sushi rolls and plan on making some poke next. The tuna quality is good and the seller included some oak smoked salmon as a gift, a very nice gesture. I would recommend this purchase for the quality of the tuna, the vacuum sealing and packaging. I would only hope when I order next in the summer months the delivery would only take the two days. Regarding the thickness, I like to eat fresh frozen tuna raw in sushi and other Asian dishes so the thickness is good for these applications however for grilling you would not want to not leave the grille and turn steaks quickly to maintain that rare center. Good tuna!

The dry ice had evaporated by the time our order got to our home . The tuna filets were still cold , but unfrozen . Very disappointed in this after paying over $ 159 for 20 filets .Robert Varnes
