I am trying to plan my mother's celebration of life and bought this book for additional help. It really did not give me any help whatsoever. 99% of the ideas in here could be found on the internet for free, and most of the book seemed to be made up of a list of song titles and lyrics.I gave it two stars instead of one because I would have to really hate a book to give it one star. But this book is fairly useless if you want help in planning a celebration of life.

I bought this for a friend who is preparing a memorial for her husband-to-be who just died from swine flu. She needed a guide and was disappointed to find this such a slim volume with what she perceived little value. We won't know if this little volume has value until she uses it.....n

I was expecting much more based on the marketing behind this product. In my opinion be prepared to do much more research to do a Celebration of Life properly.

I purchased this book thinking it would truly help me in organizing a COL event. But it was too vague and generalized.

This was very informative and most helpful in planning my mother's celebration of life I had never even been to one before.

I FOUND THIS BOOK TO BE VERY HELPFUL. THE IDEAS ARE GREAT AND ALL THE EXAMPLES ARE VERY GOOD. IT COVERS A WIDE AREA OF HELP AND INFORMATION. I WOULD SUGGEST THIS TO ANY ONE LOOKING FOR INFORMATION ON GRIEF AND HOW TO HANDLE GRIEF.

This soft bound booklet was comparable to what I would expect from a funeral home or hospice. Really upset me that I actually paid for it. Save yourself the money, go on-line and get exactly the same information. A ripoff!
