RohoMosaic Cushion with Heavy Duty Cover - 16.00" x 16.00" x 2.75"

I’ve tried several cushions. They have all been too thick or given me a sore bottom. This isn’t too thick and doesn’t give me a sore bottom. It creaks as I move, but this is minor pickiness and I suspect it would be solved with some talc. A previous one lasted 4 years of daily use and I wanted a different size.

For anyone who spends long hours sitting or is confined to wheel chair, excellent product! Inflation is simple.

this is the perfect item for any elderly person that has to sit for long periods of time. Helps heal bed sores by keeping weight off.

I have been a para since 1980, thats 42 years of expertise in a chair, and I have used everything. I went to Roho's after they made the quad cushion to control the air. If you can't feel and don't have a lot of buttock fat or muscle, you must use the real 4" Roho quad or tall bladers.Mosaic is a great, light, and thin rubber cushion for the shower or the car. The pump and the cover retail for more combined than the cushion itself. I would never risk using the Mosaic as a natural everyday chair cushion; the rubber is too thin, I would get holes quickly, and the air moves depending on the weight distribution, and thats dangerous.If you have never had surgery to close an ulcer, don't risk the Mosaic, and if you have had to close an ulcer with surgery like me, absolutely don't use the Mosiac on your daily chair. The risk is far too significant. My wife is it physician in physical medicine and rehab and she agrees mosaic is not an every day wheelchair cushion for a complete SCI para or quad with no feeling and little muscle or fat in the sitting area.Pros, you can roll it up thin, with no air, and take it with you on trips for shower chairs in hotels or rental cars. If you are on a plane for hours, you need to site on your real 4" Roho, not the Mosaic.The Mosaic would be good for playing basketball, or wheelchair sports, its super light, and you're only sitting on it for two hours. The Mosaic is about 60% lighter than a real 4" Roho, the kind that can save your rear end from an injury, ulcer.This review comes from 42 years as a para, using heavy gel, t-foam, honeycomb, everything.

This looks to be cheap , I feel it’s pretty well over priced , but doctors are recommending this cheap blow up pad .Ya it works , but not comfortable, but it’s for a sore to heal on the arse .I just truly feel that the price should be around 40.00 . They are making good bucks on this .It is got to be good product , holds well while sitting on , but no one’s gonna get there moneys worth , to use for only a short time . Only giving a 3 star , for the high over price item .

This was purchased as a stop gap cushion for a wheelchair. OT was pushing for the full roho which cost 3-4 times this mosaic version. I feel that for a lightweight user in this case 35-38kgs, this is enough. Good quality, authentic, comes with a heavy duty protector cushion. Easy to maintain. Pump works fine.

...it took a ridiculously long time to get to me...like over a month (but note, this review is during the Corona virus days) so I had to stay in bed a lot because of a pressure sore. However, it filled up well, came with all the ROHO stuff it was supposed to and it stays inflated. My boyfriend looked at it shockingly and said it doesn't look like something so expensive, but it is comfortable. There is no handle on the cushion though. For $400.00, you think you'd get a handle.***EDIT*** This is quite comfortable. I have 3 cats who love sleeping on it...and stretching with their claws out and there has yet to be any leaks from the air cells, so the heavy duty cushion is also good. Good job ROHO...I will definitely recommend it. I still miss the high impact one though.
