I used this rub on a turkey I smoked on my pellet grill for Thanksgiving and it was delicious . Good value for the money.

I've been using this product for years and have done a view "catering" jobs for retirement parties and the crowd just loved my special chicken (even thought I should enter it into a competition). Recipe is simple: Chicken, Olive oil and this rub. Key to it is low and slow and then turn up the heat at the end to get a nice char on the chicken. I use bone in leg and thighs.
