I use it in stir fry and fried rice, nice addition use this with soy sauce and you are good

I was so happy to find this on Amazon after running out and not finding it at any of my local supermarkets. I use it for all my Asian steak and chicken/vegetable dishes. My family loves it. I add fresh ginger, Thai sweet chili sauce, sesame seeds, soy and sometimes oyster sauce to the dishes. The spice gives the food a great aroma even when just marinating the meats. You can taste all the ingredients in this great spice. Highly recommend for all your Asian inspired dishes. Will order again before it runs out.

The flavor of this is beyond anything I have tried. Sprinkle this on any kind of meat, poultry… etc….. add to your salad dressings, make marinade, changes up the taste on anything. I always get asked what is on this chicken or seafood because they want the recipe. I recommend buying two jars one to share because people will want it after they taste the flavors.

I bought this for the 2nd time, I cook a lot of asian and middle eastern food and this is really got it all (well pretty much,) a great blend of ginger, garlic and other spices so very well preserved that sometimes I like to open the bottle and just smell it!It's that good, a little of this goes along way, use it and the very end of stir fry and cooking to preserve it's aromatic's...U will not be disappointed.

I like this especially as a coating for pan-frying fish fillets.

It won't take a lot of it to season a meal. The ginger is hinted at but not overpowering in the mix.
