It does the job!!

Good product - nicely made. The earth pin socket points toward the wall on the top and bottom faces and upwards on the front face. Check your plugs first if you want to make use of all three ways as a extra large plug can prevent use of an adjacent way.

For the price, it's great. No frills, classic 3 way plug. Was expecting one of the sockets on the side rather than the bottom though. The pictures don't really illustrate this too well.

This adapter was good value, works well, adequate quality but most importantly had the sockets top, front and bottom, rather than top, front and side which blocks a socket if used next to another socket.

Only short term use so far but seems to be doing the job…very handy having three sockets on the same plug…!!!

……try pulling out the fuse holder! It’s such a tight fit by design. Had to use a flat blade screwdriver to try to pry out the holder. I eventually managed it, but really thought the plastic fuse holder carriage was going to break, as it takes way too much force to pull the sliding fuse holder out. I bought 4 of these adapters and all were the same in this respect. Quite surprising from such a big name maker Daewoo. Hence my downgraded star rating. If they could fix this issue I would give 5 stars. I needed to replace the standard 13A fuse with 1A fuse so as to provide some extra sensitive fault protection for some plug top (unfused!) PSU units. My sole reason for buying these adapters as unlike many similar adapters, this one does actually have a replaceable fuse (many others are potentially dangerous and have no fuse at all!).

I have repeat bought these several times. The layout of the adapter is perfect for 2 gang sockets. I find most adapters have the entryway via the side and this doesn’t work for me. I have 2 gang sockets and this adapter uses a front entry with entryways over and under. This means I keep the extra socket free or place another adapter beside. I found it difficult to find an adapter for this reason. But this one works. Highly recommended.
