I brought this rug for my son's nursery and it's perfect. I read the reviews and they were pretty mixed. Many complained about it on laying flat and having a funky smell to it. It arrived with the package torn, so it was a little dirty. After laying it down and ran the vacuum over it all was fine. There is a slight smell but it seems to have disappeared after 24hrs. The color description and pictures matched what I received. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

Absolutely love love this design and color in grey. I would get it in other rooms too but.... although the rug fabric is soft to the touch there is NO padding. I purchased a rug pad and it’s slightly better. I didn’t want to spend too much on a rug pad so I got a general $40 one 8x10 and had to cut it down slightly as the rug is not 8 x 10 but slightly smaller. I wish I’d got a thicker one rug pad now. HOWEVER, this is the second try with this rug. The first one fell apart along the seam. It completely unraveled after two weeks and was impossible to lay flat. I’ve come to the conclusion it was a “return” as the second one arrived completely packed differently and way better than the first. Give it a try it’s beautiful but get a rug pad. Return if necessary and get another. I’m so pleased I didn’t give up. However it’s only been a week. No vacuuming in the edge and use a rug pad.

This area rug made our den much more cheerful. We had very dark blue area rug there previously. There is not much light even during the day. I trusted my husband to pick up the rug online. I trust his taste. We both like the rug very much. Even our cat approves it . It came well packaged - rolled up, not folded. The edges were protected by caps, which was great because plastic wrap was a little bit torn. But the rug was intact. I put some heavy books on the edges and corners overnight. They (edges and corners) were straight and flat in the morning. It will become completely flat in a few days, I believe. The same was true for all our rugs that we purchased before. I would recommend this rug. Did not have any stains yet, so can't say how they would show. I have a carpet cleaning solution that I use on other rugs after kitty hairball accidents. I believe that this rug could be cleaned as easy as other ones. I also don't mind that it is thin - it is very light despite its size 6x9. Just love it!

The rug itself is cute. It is thin but it woul have worked well for my space. My issue with this rug is the horrible smell. It literally smelled like Raid or some other pesteside. I gave it a whole week hoping it was new carpet smell and would go away. In the week that I had it the smell did not go away at all. Infact I ended up with a very deep cough and started having trouble breathing and also migraines. Husband got rid of the rug last night and my cough Is 70% gone so yes it was definitely the rug. I contacted Amazon regarding it and the fact it made me sick and all I could get was a very generic response to send it back. How the heck to you send back an 8*10 rug?? I guess I'm just out of $90. Lesson learned don't buy a carpet online.

I was really amazed by how beautiful and well-made the carpet actually is for the low price. I enrolled it laid it out and had no issues with it curling at all!!

I needed a hallway rug so my dogs wouldn't lose their footing. This rug is beautifully colored and fits my house design. The rug is surprisingly soft for how thin it is. I have rug tape under it and it stays put. The only drawback is that my robot vacuum can't get all the dog hair off it, so I have to run my regular vacuum over it once a week, but this is a small issue.
