Nautica - Queen Sheets, Cotton Percale Bedding Set, Casual Home Decor (Audley Stripe Blue, Queen)

Got the red striped ones in twin. They did have a slight chemical odor out of the box which I presume is the sizing used to stiffen them for folding and packaging. I washed them on warm delicate with my usual Dreft laundry soap and dried them on low permanent press without a dryer sheet. I took them out of the dryer about 15 minutes after they stopped tumbling, folded and smoothed them. About the same wrinkles as any other cotton sheet. There was a warning about "like colors" in the washing instructions but I'm a rebel so I washed with towels and none of the dye transferred. The hems came out intact. I really like that the elastic is sewn into a hem all the way around, no sheet sagging out from under the mattress. I would call the fabric a bit lightweight compared to more expensive percale sheets but definitely should last judging by this wash. Did see a few loose threads but they were at the end of the seams and the seam had been backstitched so it's just someone rushing to complete their production, not a sewing flaw. Just snip them off the first time you wash. I really like the soft "old jeans" way the color of the stripes turned out. Funny but I need my sheets to have calm and relaxing colors and this fills the bill. Very comfortable. These are not the slippery sateen sheets, they have a weave, so go to a Target or someplace and feel the lower-end percale sheets before buying if you have princess-and-the-pea-like requirements for your sheets. I find these quite comfortable for the price point and am happy with the construction. I will give them another four or five washes then add to the review if problems arise, but for now I'm happy. My cat approves also, and this weave won't run when he kneads it like a higher poly count does :)

Quality is great. The pillow cases are a bit too short, and my pillow is not that big.

These are pretty decent overall. The colors are not as bright as I was expecting. The top sheet, is about 12 inches too short. It fits the bed, but bunches up, do to the length.

Nice and soft

Got these for a twin bed. The sheets are very soft and comfortable. I specifically bought them because they were 100% cotton. Your skin breathes a lot better and have a restful night sleep with these twin sheets.

Yo no soporto dormir con sábanas gruesas y estas me quedaron muy bien, es algodón de 200 hilos súper fresco y buena calidad. De tiempo de vida les pronostico unos 2 a 3 años (?) estará por verse. El tamaño adecuado para una cama matrimonial es el full, y quedan un poquitito más grandes. Honestamente, las compré en rebaja y creo que es mucho mejor deal que comprarlas en el precio normal porque se trata de un producto muy simple. Si te urge, ni modo, pero de verdad que vale la pena esperar la rebaja.

100% algodón lo que hace sentirlas muy frescas, quizá no son tan suaves., pero bien. El diseño es bonito y le quedaron al colchón alto perfecto, buen ajuste (individual).

A pesar de indicar que son 100% algodón (percal), se sienten de material sintetico (tiesas, asperas y como si fueran de plástico.)Anteriormente ya había comprado sábanas de esta marca, támbien de 200 hilos 100% (percal), y la calidad de estas es totalmente diferente.

So I was looking at Lacoste cotton percale, Eddie Bauer cotton percale and these, Nautica cotton percale sheets. I didn't end up getting the Lacoste ones but I did get the E. Bauer ones. I would say these Nautica sheets rank highest. The quality seems much more solid than the others. The sheets have a good weight to them, are soft and look super sharp on the bed. These are officially my favourite sheets! They're not super crispy percale because it's a brushed version so more on the soft than crispy side. But, they're still excellent and even though soft and brushed, are not "sticky" when it comes to pet hair. I have a super floofy cat and her hair doesn't stick to these (another reason I prefer percale). They also didn't really shrink at all in the wash and fit my deep mattress perfectly. Highly recommended!

They are nice and cool, perfect sheets for the summer. However, the pillowcases are too small, a standard size pillow sticks out of the end. They are also open ended pillowcase and for this price I would have expected them to have one of those flaps that you tuck over the pillow so that they stay in place. If you scroll down the page there is an image that shows the dimensions of the sheets and the pillowcases and it says that the pillowcases are 30Wx20L. Obviously they got their measurements backwards, it should say 30Lx20W but even at that these pillowcases do not equal those measurements. I measured them and they measure 28Lx19.5W. I have added pictures of this and keep in mind that the measuring tape is not pulled taut so it actually measures even less. I also haven't washed the pillowcases yet and they are cotton and that means they're going to shrink. Pillowcases are absolutely useless and paying this much money for a sheet set when you can't even use the pillowcases is pretty ridiculous! I will most likely be returning them
