Water Pressure Test Gauge case is metal, the brass fitting watertight
EXCELLENT! My water pressure gauge arrived in 4 days from order, 4 days+ ahead of schedule. Well built.Just as described. Gauge case is metal and the brass fitting did not leak at all. Very Pleased.Immediately installed and functioned fine - 58 psi. When installing the gauge, be sure to first fully seat the gasket deep and flat into the hose bib threads, there is a small groove at the bottom, otherwise you may have leaking. If the hose bib moves down the collar it may push the gasket out of alignment also causing a leak. The photo is hand tight only, no leaks. I installed it twice and left for a few minutes to check the pressure - watertight both times.(there is no need to use pliers to tighten if the gasket is seated right)

Well worth the money with a few issues...
Likes: Easy to use, gives solid easily read result. Dislikes: black rubber hose gasket does not remain in hose attachment instead it springs out. Came with free teflon tape to prevent leakage when attached, however, I only needed to know if my homes water pressure would accommodate a reverse osmosis filtration system without the expensive pressurization pump. Water partially flooded the dial but still gave me a good solid reading. Wish it could be easily adapted to a 5/8” under sink fitting were my filtration unit will be, however, the gauge is epoxied onto the hose attachment so adapting it would be problematic.

Good gauge, worth the money
I bought this after having had a pressure reducing valve installed in our home. The water pressure was over 100 psi before the valve was installed, and the plumber set it to 60 psi afterward. He said that I could boost it a bit if the pressure seemed too low. I put this gauge on the spout of a utility sink faucet and it did, indeed, read 60 psi. Feeling confident in its accuracy, I increased the pressure to 70 psi.Note that I didn’t experience any leak issues as some other buyers have reported. I made sure that the rubber o-ring was fully seated and secured the gauge tightly to the faucet spout by hand.

Works as advertised. Great value for the money.
I originally wrote a bad review on this product because it simply did not work and I considered it a total waste of money. HOWEVER, without being asked, the Company took my review to heart and immediately took corrective action by sending me a replacement device. The replacement Pressure Test Gauge works perfectly. Very satisfied with the device and ever more pleased with the Customer Support. Very obvious to me that this Company cares and delivers.

High Quality
This manufacturer is a quality producer of water pressure gauge. This gauge has an excellent brass connection with a rubber washer inside, and the brass connector rotates freely around a hose bib. When I used this pressure gauge, it worked perfectly, and comes with a roll of teflon tape for wrapping around the hose bib before you twist on the regulator. I like that the range on the gauge is from 0-160 PSI because it more accurately is sensitive to the mid-range of values that are typical in a normal home environment. I also like the sturdy black metal case around the back of the large dial.

Very Handy to Have Around
Had to run some tests to figure out where pressure losses in my well system were so this gauge helped me pinpoint the issue. Keep it on a branch tee now to monitor. So far no issues with flutter or water under glass.

Metal housing.
Because it's low range pressure gauge it's more accurate. It's metal case that's mean it's more sturdy and last longer, won't break easy, others are made of plastic housing and even cost more at Home Depot. I would recommend to anyone to buy it.

Well-made device, zero leakage
Well-made device from a company that sells pipe fittings, valves, and gauges. Company web site provides spec sheets rating accuracy at 1-3% -- definitely accurate enough to test your home or business water pressure for most purposes. Suggest following other reviewer's suggestion to CAREFULLY seat washer to maximum depth before using. I did this and had zero leakage and recovery to 0 dial reading after removal of the device.
