Replacement Headgear for Swift FX or Nano

This head gear is comfortable and easy to assemble. I ordered this headgear along with a new Swift FX large nasal pillow and the REsmed swift FX short tube assembly. The headgear comes with cloth coverings that fit to protect my cheeks from rubbing against the plastic housing of the headgear. The adjustment of the head gear was easy, with a Velcro cloth strap band adjustment and a plastic pull through notch adjustment. This allows for a comfortable, good seal, fit.

Great price for original equipment

It is nice to be able to purchase the head gear separately. I like the Airfit P10 mask, but the headgear pulls too tight for my comfort, so I found I can use my old Swift FX headgear with the Airfit P10 mask (with a little creativity). I take of the P10 headgear and slide the prongs through the FX holes until they catch on the little lip. Then I use the covers to hold it all together. Now I have the best of both worlds. Good headgear and good mask. When my puppy ate my old FX headgear I didn't want to purchase the complete mask. I found these. Work just great.

I’m disappointed. I have been using ResMed Swift FX headgear for years. I recently purchased this headgear (5/24/21) so that I would be able to switch out and have a back up. Not sure what happened but this new one turned brown after a few days use? I can only guess that something is off with the materials in the headgear.It still works as it should and I have a good fit but it just looks nasty. And before you ask… I am not a smoker and I wash my face every night before going to bed.The pictures were taken after I let it soak overnight, in soapy water, trying to get it clean. I have no idea what’s up with this???
