Enviro Chef Antimicrobial Cutting Board (Set of 3)

Awesome, my new antimicrobial cutting boards by Enviro Chef - absolutely love them. They arrived well packaged and frankly they exceeded my expectations. Really, this set of cutting boards is absolutely fabulous. In addition to being attractive and high quality organic materials they also meet FDA standards and offer the ability to sterilize in just one (1) minute in the microwave.The beautiful set of cutting boards features 3 separate boards in vibrant colors - 1 in red for meats = 1 in green for vegetables and 1 in blue for seafood and fowl. The colors aid in the prevention of cross contaminated between foods. I love that these are eco friendly and comprised of antimicrobial materials, making them safe for use. True to safety concerns they offer a small 'moat' which allows you to catch small amounts of juices and move them safely away from the cutting surface. They are very east to use and have a slip resistant back surface whit is perfect when you consider that I'm cutting on them. They are very comfortable and efficient to use and have cut my prep time in half.They are very east to clean and even dishwasher safe. They are also much better than other plastic or silicone boards in that they resist scarring by knives when cutting, under heavy pressure I guess they could scar some but far less than other flexible or rigid plastic cutting boards.What I love most about these, since I cut meats, fresh fruit and vegetables, and fish. is that you can completely and thoroughly sterilize these simply by placing into your microwave for only about a minute. The boards include a clever tab to tuck the end under so you can roll them up ensuring that it will fit into whatever size microwave that you have. They are a breeze to store without having to utilize as much space as rigid cutting boards. They also have a small cutout in a corner so they can be easily hung on a hook in one of your shelved cabinets.I waited till I used these for about a month to write a review to make sure that they were as great as I thought after reading about them. They still look brand new and I really enjoy using them - almost every day - I highly recommend them.

This product is exactly what it says it is, but it is not for me. The groove is <0.5mm deep and holds no liquid to speak of. Meat creates enough juices to overflow the groove and something like cantaloupe will flood your counter top before you can blink. They are also too flexible for my tastes. I prefer to cut up everything, stage it on the board, then add different components to my dish at different times. These boards will not work for this. If you have one load to dump into a pot or pan, you can fold the board taco style and pour everything in at once. But if you try to move the board without folding it up, you are just going to make a mess. Also, the extreme flexibility makes them a little tricky to clean. I hand wash my dishes and these require laying flat on the counter to scrub, then getting inventive in the dish drainer to get them to stand up enough to dry. I never got as far as microwaving them, so cannot review that particular aspect. I will be ordering something different and tossing these.

These cutting boards are fantastic!! They come in a set of red, blue and green for those of us that like to keep our food prep completely separate. They are made of an antimicrobial, flexible material. They are dishwasher safe and a great size to fit in the dishwasher. And, they are specifically designed to be poked in the microwave to ensure they are disinfected. So, you know they are not cross-contaminating your food!!!They are attractive and functional. They are made of a nice material that feels like a plastic/silicone hybrid so that they protect your ceramic knives and nice steel blades but still hold up to them. They have a pattern on them which makes them non-slip. They are a great shape and size and have a handles, so they are the cutting boards that you will reach for over and over. They have a drain groove to catch and hold liquid until you dump it. And, they are flexible so that you can fold them and pour the contents where you need them! I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!!!

These cutting mats are great! They very light weight, easy to store, rinse, and shake dry. They don't slide on my counter. The texture of the mat makes it easy to chop herbs completely because the knife can cut cleanly through the thinnest leaves. I don't use a dishwasher, but I do use a microwave to sterilize the mats. They fold (roll) and lock so they fit in the microwave easily. I was surprised that the mats feel cool to the touch coming out of the microwave, I would have thought they would have to get hot to be sterilized. I use the green one for vegetables, the blue for fish, and the red for meat. I'd order them again, and may give them as gifts to friends.

We moved to a new house and needed to replace our old flexible cutting boards. We ordered the Enviro Chef boards and are extremely pleased with them.It is great that you can microwave them to keep them safe and antimicrobial. The size is fine for all of our chopping and dicing needs. They store easily and take up very little space. We also love the flexibility as this is helpful when you are pouring your chopped items into a bowl or pan.I would highly recommend these !

Love these so much I bought a second set for my mom! They are easy to use, don't slide on my counters, and I love the fact that you can sterilize so easily in the microwave. They are sturdy but flexible.My mom has bad arthritis and found these were easier for her to use than a regular cutting board, too.Based on our experiences, I highly recommend these. They were well worth the money.

I am so tired of slashes and cuts in my cutting boards so I looked for a different kind. Well, this really does what it says. The first time I used it I cut deeply with my sharp knife and waited. Cut some more, more, . . I gave them a workout and rinsed them off and it was like nothing had touched the boards!!! Cool, the are easy to store, nice size, easy to clean and sanitize. Awesome product.
