I like this fountain. The pump is silent, it doesn't splash or leak, and the spinning ball at the top is nice with the changing light colors. Only thing that was a bit disappointing is that I was expecting it to give a nice waterfall sound to help me with my meditation, and the trickle/splash sound isn't loud enough---unless you take the ball off---and if you do that and the pump is set too high then the water will splash a little too much and get on your furniture, and you would also not get that nice trippy, rotating colored light. I like the way it looks though so I'm going to keep it. I have it in the middle of an indoor tabletop garden scene flanked by two 18-inch and very regal-looking pink flamingo statues and some small garden plants and other pond/river-esque tidbits and miniatures. Always amusing to watch the staring eyes of jealousy and the over-awed jaws of my guests drop to the floor when they walk into my living room and see this little table-top ensemble. Its beautiful beyond words.There's another fountain I see on Amazon that gives off a sound like falling rain. Definitely going to get that one too. The two of them together will be awesome!

The media could not be loaded.  Initially when I received my order I was looking forward to seeing the fountain come together; however, when I went to put it together, and after following all directions, quick tips, and reading the trouble shooting part of the manual, the water flow was so weak that, not only did the ball not spin, it stopped the flow of the water completely. Needless to say I was disappointed with my purchase, but I thought maybe the pump was defective or I was missing something.So, I contacted the seller and told them exactly what I had mentioned above, and they emailed me back within 24 hours saying they would send me a replacement pump free of charge; which they did. I received it today and am very happy to report the new pump fixed the problem and I now have a working table top water fountain. I am very grateful for the replacement pump and am satisfied with my purchase.The noise of the water is low and the motor is slightly audible but not enough to be overwhelmingly annoying or over take the sound of the water. Installation, with a properly working pump, is fairly easy, the window of space provided to install the pump is just a tad small, so you need small hands to maneuver the pump into place; however the window size is understandable due to the size of the fountain.

Aesthetically this fountain is pretty. It’s exactly what I wanted for my ancestry alter! HOWEVER, I’ve returned it once and I’m about to return it again and try another fountain, sigh.The first one was returned because it wouldn’t hold water after having it for less then a week. This one holds water however it makes a vibration, Wood pecker sound, that’s not soothing at all.The return process for the first fountain was a three day turn over which was great. I just wish it worked properly. I can deal with the motor noise but not the vibration. Since the first fountain didn’t make the noise I know this shouldn’t either. If not for the noise and wto returns this would get five stars!

The media could not be loaded.  It is so beautiful when the lights are out, it's perfect size and I use it daily. The only bad thing is, If their isn't enough water in it... water will splash everywhere. I absolutely love this fountain.

I think it’s a very beautiful fountain and great addition to my fairy garden bathroom. All you have to do for assembly is make sure the cords are positioned in the right place, fill up the back with water, and place the glass ball on top. The fake plant on the front corner is hot glued on so you can take it off if you don’t like it or want to reposition like me. I also had a slight issue with my order and contacted customer service from the contact info sheet they provided with the fountain and they were super friendly and able to assist me right away.

I bought this table fountain to have a pleasant desktop. I was not disappointed. I take my blood pressure every morning and use this to focus on during the reading. It is so relaxing. The sound of the water and the lights behind the spinning ball are perfect.I would like to add that I bought this a little over a year ago. Recently, I needed to contact the seller as there was a minor issue. They were so responsive and sent me a replacement part free of charge. Wow, what great customer service.I highly recommend this product and highly recommend this seller.Update Sept. 15, 2020Again, I have to note that this company is awesome. What great customer service. Just know that if you buy from giftsrdecor you will be treated very well. Highly recommend.

Came broken and not packaged well and is more cheap looking in person than in the picture. 1/10 would not recommend. Will be returning promptly

This fountain is very pretty and is sturdy...however, the glass ball is way to heavy and keeps the water from running....the water flow is so faint, you can't hear it. Yes, I filled it to the proper level....just expected more for the money
