Great value for money. Has all the settings and levels needed and easy to use and clean.Dials are not easy to use/set as there isn't a marker on them so hard to judge the timings one chooses

A nice little no-frills microwave oven. Tidy, compact and easy to clean. The only problem was the control knobs which are entirely black - there is a small moulding showing the 'pointer' but it is not easily seen by people with elderly eyes - I have added a tiny blob of white paint on each knob to solve this issue and now my Dad can use it easily - TOWER might bear this in mind with any product improvements, not all customers are young and see clearly. Otherwise it is perfect.

Easy to use and does the job, I would recommend

A simple standard style of microwave.which is fine that’s what I wanted.to replace another worn out but reliable microwave....however.. two small irritations 😟.. The dials are black..on a black background and it has a tiny notch on the two dials so it’s almost impossible to see where the notch points to, so I have had to stick a coloured arrow on the two dials to see where to point it ..Also the glass plate doesn’t sit on the base very well and I have to keep realigning it... but overall the microwave does what I need it to and looks stylish. So for the price , reasonable enough.
