It’s awful to walk into my kitchen and the stench of cigarettes hits me in the face making it hard to stay there to cook. Trying to take a relaxing bath and suddenly being slapped with the disgusting smell makes me want to vomit. Sprays cover the scent for a few minutes but then I have to spray again, and again, and again. It’s worst now because I’m spending all my time at home due to the pandemic. I’m in a small apartment and there’s nowhere to run. I admit I was leery of ordering this after reading reviews, a lot of complaints about broken bottles. Fortunately, mine arrived completely intact. I immediately plugged the first one up in the kitchen. Within five minutes the wonderful smell that was in my kitchen made me want to sit a chair in there, put my feet up and knit! Once I plugged in the second one, pure oasis. I ordered the Caribbean Sweetgrass & Sandalwood kit but I’m looking forward to trying some of the other scents as well. I think it’s very reasonably price. I just wish they had a sampler pack so I could try different scents to find my favorite.

This is my first time using a Plug in scented oil warmer. Oh boy! Talk about intense scent! I started out using 2 warmers and medium setting in my 1400 sqft house. The scent is really nice, but it was overpowering. I lowered the setting to a minimum on both the warmers, and it still felt like coming into a perfume store. That's not how I want it. I ended up using only one of the warmers on lowest setting and I have a wall outlet right next to the furnace return air intake so every time the furnace kicks in it suck in the scent and spread it through the house. Now I have just a faint, not dominating really nice scent in my whole house. I also unplug the warmer when I go to bed at night. I don't need perfume to be spread over my house when I'm not awake. After a week of use, I can't even see a dent in the oil. This package will last a year for me.

I have become very sensitive to smells over the last few years. This scentis P pleasant and natural but a little too flowerly. I smell the herby lavender (which I love) and another very strong flowery fragrance. I bought 2 for my 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment and I only need one turned all the way down. With 2 cats and a kid and myself during covid its become less than fresh around here at times. It definitely smells more natural than the original air wicks but one in my home is plenty. I do like the fragrance it's just a little overwhelming for someone sensitive to smells. I plugged it into a light switch so I can turn it off and on with the light maybe I can handle it this way. Right now I am wearing my mask and ventilating my apartment just to air it out a bit. Maybe they start very strong and lessen a tiny bit over time. I will update soon.

Nice scent overall I took a gamble on. It's like sweet vanilla with a warm spiciness. Very reminiscent of a men's cologne. Keeping it on low setting because I can easily see this scent becoming overpowering after a while. I still enjoy it though.

These smell so pretty and the bottle being that dark amber adds to the vibe. I will be buying again!

I have 2 cats and wanted to use the plug in for those times when it is stinky in the bathroom. I have also placed a couple throughout the house since I like the scent and have used them for about a month. I find that I go through a bottle in less than a week if plug in turned up high. The plug in does not work well on lower settings. I’m commenting when there is no stink around. Scent is great but beware you need to wear gloves to change the bottles or you have to spend quite some time washing at the sink to get the strong smell off your hands. Too bad, will need to look for another solution after I use up all the bottles.

The scent is not quite what I expected but it’s pleasant enough. I suffer from migraines triggered by certain smells and have only been able to use the linen scent without giving me a headache. However, now that I am potty training a puppy I decided to give something more substantial a shot. No migraines and the house smells pretty nice - I get compliments when guests are over rather than “Smells like dog pee here!” It lasts a surprisingly long time compared to the original kind. I have gone through two linens on the lowest setting in a small bathroom in the same time one botánica bottle is still going in the middle setting in the living room. I might try other scents next time but I really like the botánica line.

These arrived with the plug on the warmers not suitable for the UK. The are only for use the USA. It does not state this in the description. I tried to return but they sent me a label to send to USA! I didn’t end up bothering as couldn’t justify the cost of sending to USA ( it was offered free but not initially) even though I wanted to keep the refills and just return the warmers. Much too complicated to separate and no response when I asked. The refills are excellent, shame you can’t buy them separately.

The product description really should make this clear especially when the buyer is outside North America

I am super picky to smells, often in others homes I can't stand the strong sent. Not only is this a beautiful light scent, you have the ability to choose the minimum and maximum exposure ranging from 1-5. I keep it on one but we are selling out home so I crank it to 5 for showing purposes and find even on 5 it's not unbearable for my sensitive nose. I tried the individual one first and everyone loved it so much that I got this bigger pack and we're loving the refreshing smell when we come in from anywhere. It's simply delightful!

The price was ridiculously high but I can’t obtain it locally so…

I had to give them all away as they were so pungent that I couldn't breathe, I thought that the smell would be lighter...
