Nunn BushMen's Odell Wingtip Dress Casual Chukka Boot

So I am having a hard time rating this purchase. The first pair I got were huge on my feet. I mean, I normally wear a 9.5, but these were like 11s. Too long, sloppy and wide. So they went back and exchanged for 9s. They were still too big. So I gave those to my son who normally wears 10.5s. They fit well, although were a little too narrow. He broke them in.So I still wanted a pair and got 8.5s They fit, but were a little tight and pinched. Breaking them in now and they are getting more comfortable.However, the finish scuffs so easily on this finish. I will need to put some polish or oil on them.I like the design and wing tip though. I may do an update after 6 months to let you know how the soles wear.I will get another pair if they hold up. I think 3 stars was fair considering what I had to go through to get something that fit well and held up.

Best pair of casual daily use boots I have ever owned. I have worn these daily for over a year now. Very little wear on the sole. Uppers and all stitching is intact. The leather has buffed to a nice worn look. No tears or breaks. I cut the back straps off as soon as I got em. Your pant cuff will get caught on the strap. Looks goofy.I’m 5’11’’ 190ish. I average about 18,000 steps a day. I am outdoors in the elements daily. I wear out a lot of shoes. These are just getting broken in. They wear like a Danner.NunnBush? I had never heard of the brand before I bought these. Great product. I highly recommend.

I don't buy through Amazon very often. Ordered, these last Wednesday, received them on Friday. Didn't fit, ordered a replacement and received it on Monday. Bingo- exactly what I needed! Amazingly fast turnaround.My normal shoe size is Men's 8.5 Wide (US). However, these were too big all around, especially at the toe. So I exchanged them for 8 Medium and they fit well. At first, they felt a little tight across the laces, and slightly loose on my right heel (my right foot is a tiny bit smaller). But after a couple of hours of walking around they felt fine - no insert needed. And they look sharp!

Low quality, way too big, maybe a size and a half. My feet have never sweat more. I wanted these to be awesome but man, they just aren’t.

I like these a lot. It's getting harder and harder to find genuine leather dress shoes that don't cost $200. They DO run a bit big - I have wide feet, and usually buy an 11 Extra Wide or EEE, and these had lots of room in size 11 W. Which is fine for me, as I will likely add a thin insole. Better a bit bigger and able to add an insole than too right! If you're not going to add an insole, consider going 1/2 size smaller than you usually buy.

I'm glad that I read others' reviews. I wear a size 11 and every pair of shoes / boots I have ever bought fits perfectly with an 11. With these boots, I decided to purchase the size 10 1/2 and they fit like a perfect 11. I'm happy with the boots... they look nice and feel very comfortable. I just hope the seller very much takes into consideration the huge problems with the inaccuracy of the listed sizing. I would have given these boots a 5-star rating if the size charts were accurate to the product.

(Edited my original review. The toes on.my left foot are soggy. Cheap "facade" boots, NOT good for bad weatber. I wanted them for that reason. DISAPPOINTED!!!)Dress em up like shoes or kick it in some jeans. I love em!!! My sized 13 foot is more like a 13-1/2 in most shoes. But can never fit a 14. I take it these are cut big in order to accommodate thicker or 2 pairs of socks. Warm, quite soft leather, very comfortable. I highly recommend them. FIVE STARS...

I would have given these boots 5 stars, because they are super comfortable, easy to clean and look great. My drawback is the laces, I haven’t had these very long and both sets of laces have already frayed and are about to break. I knew the laces seemed frail from the start, but benefit of the doubt, you know?The manufacturer should include a second set of laces, or just sell these boots with quality laces.
