Love these drops. However, last bottle I recently ordered came with the "new and improved" syringe and buyer beware ITS NOT BOTTLE WASHER SAFE. Tossed in my countertop washer after first use with the bottles and it came out warped/curved whereas the previous more normal type of baby syringe has gone through the same washer probably a hundred times and is still perfectly shaped.

I honestly lived on these gas drops during my son’s first two months. He was such a gassy baby due to tongue and lip ties, and gripe water didn’t work for us, it actually made him throw up badly. These drops were a total game changer. Bought this as part of a bulk baby shower gift off her registry. Came in the original vendor packaging, undamaged, and then in another box to protect it. I can't say how it works, since this was for a gift, but the way I received it was good, and she was ecstatic to get it!

Life saver! My baby absolutely needs these drops! If your newborn is experiencing colic-like symptoms or continues crying after feeding, changing, burping, and sleeping, and you’re unsure why, try giving them these drops before or after their feeds. They’ll instantly relieve their colic pain. Sometimes, I even gave them these drops before breastfeeding, and it helped my baby stay calm during the feed. Our lives have definitely changed since using this product.

‏my baby suffers from severe gas and colic. I’ve tried many gas relief products with no real results, but Malicon actually helped. It didn’t completely eliminate the gas pain, but it definitely made a difference. She seems more comfortable and cries less after feeding. It’s not a miracle cure, but it’s the best we’ve tried so far, and I’m grateful for the relief it provided.

Appears to help our baby with gas. He still has troubles with gas pains sometimes, but not nearly as bad. Would recommend to family/friends for gassy babies.
