No issues yet running a demanding setup
I recently had an upgrade of my work laptop, which of course means less ports on the thing. So decided to pay out and get a good dock, rather then a number of hdmi and usb splitters. This is being used as the power supply of my laptop, and is connected to 3 monitors, a keyboard, a mouse and a webcam and on occasion I'm plugging in a headset as well. Running this 9 to 5, and often into the evening, every weekday. So far no issues, not even a blip. Most it's done is spin up what I'm guessing is an integral fan every now and then to keep cool. Very glad I made the switch to this

Excellent purchase. Used but in full working order and saved a small fortune than buying new.

Not recommend
I bought this dock in September. At first it was running fine. But after using it for a couple of months, my monitors and keyboard started disconnect randomly several times a day. I have to unplug and replug it constantly just to get it to work.

Must have for any professional programmer.
Works out of the box on Ubuntu and Windows. Easy firmware update and great compatibility. Multiscreen work improves productivity with 20 to 40. For IT professionals and consultants, it is paid back in 2 hours work. New or Amazon refurbished, it is a great value.

Poor quality for a refurb.
Product does not switch on. I set it all up, the fan started when plugged in for a few seconds, then nothing. The power doesn’t not turn on despite the charging cable glowing blue to confirm power to the slacking station. Very disappointed .

Ich habe eine gut erhaltene refurbished Dockkngstation erhalten die einwandfrei funktioniert. Man sollte die neusten Updates von Dell installieren. Bisher keine Probleme damit

Tened cuidado e indicar el tipo de enchufe que necesitáis (viene por defecto el de UK). Yo he tenido que comprarme un cable para poder hacerlo funcionar porque no quería devolverlo...
