Shortbread is traditionally a Scottish treat and if you like a buttery, really delicious cookie, then you should buy these. They are made with basic ingredients and have no chemicals. As a Scot who loves a good biscuit with tea, I love them!

This really should be 5 stars. Walker's is excellent shortbread for the US market, the thistle box packaging is lovely and giftable, and it tastes great. I ordered 2 packages, one to gift and the other for the house here, and honestly, it's so depressing to open this and find half of it smashed and then realize you gave the other as a gift, so the gifted one is probably smashed too. I don't mean a couple biscuits were cracked, which they were too, but I mean how is did only 4 biscuits survive intact? The fingers were shards of shortbread all over the package, I think only one was not crumbs, the thistles all broke, the hearts were broken and crumbly, like my heart opening this. I just don't think a lot of care is taken with a lot of items in boxes so I will continue to buy Walkers, but elsewhere.
