Large Fargesia 'Rufa' Sunset Glow Bamboo 3'-4' Size Plant.

It came in, in good condition. The canes were healthy. The leaves were slightly brown, but comes with the spring season. The roots had a healthy smell to them, with no signs of rott or other issues. It is now growing well and thriving just a month after transplanting it and moving it outside.

The plant arrived quickly and was very well-packaged--at first I thought the shipping cost was a little high, but they really do try to ensure that the plant will arrive quickly and in good shape. It came with detailed planting and care instructions and was top dressed with a 9-month fertilizer and surrounded by moisture-holding gel. The plant I received was much larger and fuller than pictured. I put it in a pot and have been keeping it indoors, since I knew we were taking a few trips over the summer, and didn't want it to dry out. It's done very well. Now that I can give it my full attention, I'm ordering another and will plant both outside.

It hasn't really bushed out any yet. Still about the same size as when we got it but it does have a few shoots on it finally.

The bamboo arrive a lot quicker than stated and it was healthy. I planted it in a shaded area, so I hope it does well. I will provide an updated photo of its progress as it grows...

The two robust plants arrived along with helpful planting and caring instructions. The plants exhibited no obvious sighs of stress such as yellowing or falling leaves. I promptly planted them and have watered them regularly. They are still as healthy as ever but too young to exhibit the namesake Sunset Glow.

Plants received promptly and in good condition. As described. Healthy and well-packaged. Look great. Have had some of these for a few years now .Look great in yard. They have easily gotten through many winters in Colorado Springs w/ temps to -15F. Very attractive
